Spring Salad with Honey Vinaigrette

  • Salad
  • 8 cups fresh spring greens
  • 1 medium avocado, pitted and sliced
  • 1 pint raspberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 12 sliced cherry tomatoes
  • Honey Vinaigrette
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


  1. On four salad plates, layer greens, avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, raspberries, and walnuts. Whisk vinaigrette ingredients in a small bowl and drizzle over salads. Serve immediately.
